Carrie Carpenter

Carrie Carpenter graduated cum laude from the University of Dayton in 2003 and received her J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law in 2006. Carrie began her legal career as an Attorney in the areas of estate planning, probate law, and juvenile law in Montgomery County until joining the City of Middleton in 2007. In 2009, Carrie was appointed the Middletown City Prosecutor and help that position for four years. While at the City of Middleton, Carrie practiced mainly in the area of criminal law prosecuting cases occuring in Middletown, Monroe, Trenton, Lemon Township and Madison Township. As Prosecutor, Carrie handled thousands of misdemeanors and felonies in all phases of the criminal process including jury trials and appeals in the 12th District Cour of Appeals.

Carrie recently joined the law firm of Kirby, Thomas & Brandenburg L.P.A. in the summer of 2013, and will focus primarily in the areas of estate planning, probate law, juvenile law, elder law, and criminal law in Montgomery, Butler, Warren, and Hamilton counties. Carrie is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, Butler County Bar Association, Warren County Bar Association, and the Mid Miami Valley Bar Association. Carrie welcomes new business to the firm and looks forward to helping clients find a solution to their legal matters.
